This should be a general question to know the rationality of the organization by the volunteers 7. Would you recommend others to volunteer for this organization? Various motivational policies can be adapted for retaining volunteers. Offering education and training programs which include leadership courses, mentor training and mingled guidelines for explaining the roles and the responsibilities of the volunteers.
